are your jaws

Your jaws
and mine
the player, the pilot
the ship in which we travel
inward outward
the cresting waters
my diving your soaring
can you hold in your jaws
our
chancy actions
our flight of fancy
to this new place
the cooler climate
this green
Are your jaws still sound
can you make the jaw claps
the teeth
can they still rake love and worry
while remaining?
Your jaws, my jaws
ours
one is the other
we'll get it yet
one thing
one thing at a time
the weight a savory taste
sometimes bitter
but what reward
my brave Feathers
is better
than duty?
We will come, we will go, and always still together
in long silences
frustrations
loving warmth and cold
we'll dive and fly together
always.
